Remedying water infiltration leaks

Underground car parks often face water infiltration, which can lead to structural damage, moisture problems and inconvenience for users. An effective solution to remedy these leaks is to apply injection techniques.

To seal the leaks in the floors, walls and ceilings of the car park of the ‘Carré Coghen’ apartment complex, they were injected with 1-component polyurethane injection resin. This resin expands on contact with water, permanently sealing the leaking cracks and joints.
