Automated spray robot applies spray mortar

Some of the existing, but not yet in use, pre-metro tunnels in Antwerp needed to be fitted with a fire-resistant spray mortar. Given the tight planning and complex logistics in these underground tunnels, it was decided to apply these mortars using our automated spray robot.

This robot is able to scan the surface to be treated 3-dimensionally and apply a spray mortar in an automated manner. This enables high efficiency, with consistent quality.
