Temporary soil barrier by means of sheet piling

The construction of a new power plant required the installation of a new underground cooling water pipeline. The pipeline had to be placed between the already existing pipes and structures.

In order to be able to do so, it was necessary to provide a temporary soil barrier by means of a sheet piling. This sheet piling had to be installed simultaneously with other work between the existing and structures under construction.

Despite the strict safety requirements and challenging conditions, such as the heterogeneous soil, the limited working space and the very tight planning, we were able to execute the work successfully.
